The RMA process
- Customer reports the problem
- Call verification and registration
- Customer sends the defective unit to Kenoxis
- Defective unit received at the Kenoxis warehouse
- Screening and feedback to the customer
- Repair or replacement
- Repaired part returned to the warehouse
- Repaired or replaced unit shipped to the customer
- Customer verifies and sends feedback
- Call closed
